In proceedings under § 1666 BGB both parents are our responsibility. The Family Court granted under our appointment of VKH.
During settlement, the fee increase as described in Section 1008 VVRVG is rejected with the remark that it is the parents' right to a highly personal right of the parties act and therefore must be discontinued for lack of action in the same case, the fee increase.
After careful consideration, we concur with the better versions of the legal guardian and expect the charges now in full from the other parent to the state treasury.
