How here reported, § 24a SGB II in the version of 22.12.2008 with effect from 01.08.2009 has been changed so that now benefit claimants, a vocational attend school, can receive a grant to the learning resources in the amount of 100.00 EUR.
coincide with § 24a was also amended § 41 SGB II in December 2008. § 41, I, p. 5 SGB II is:
The power pursuant to § 24a will be held on 1 August of each year provided. And now I wonder what happens to those beneficiaries, although at 1 August entitled to benefits under SGB II had, but only after 1 August are switched to a vocational school?
In Rhineland-Palatinate, for example, there is no free teaching materials. Instead, students need to take care of her education literature itself. This is quickly in areas that exceed 100 EUR by far.
I think there is a blatant case of discrimination. Students as early as 1 August was a training place, or the 1 before the August have been accommodated in a qualification measure designed to receive power. Students, however, could not be taught until later.
The original wording of § 24a SGB II, it makes sense to set a withdrawal date, which under this Act had only a right pupil attending a general school. Here, the legislature can in good conscience to provide some continuity.
After the recast, the determination is unchanged, however not with the disparate and diverse life circumstances of young adults meet.
